Description

HDPE hot-melt socket reducing tee pipe fittings are produced with imported PE100 or PE80 as raw materials.The specification, size and performance of tee shall meet the requirements of GB / T 13663.2-2005.

The hygienic performance of tee joint conforms to GB / t17219 standard and relevant regulations of the Ministry of health on hygienic safety evaluation.HDPE environmental protection and health reducing tee is characterized by good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and excellent impact resistance.

The system of hot-melt socket connection is safe and reliable, with low construction cost and rapid development in engineering application.The same diameter of branch pipe and both ends is called equal diameter tee, and the different diameter of branch pipe and other two ends is called reducing tee.

Characteristics

HDPE socket reducing tee is connected by hot-melt socket. The strength of the joint is higher than that of the pipe body. The connection is reliable and convenient.The low temperature embrittlement temperature of tee is very low, it can be used safely in the temperature range of - 60 ℃ - 60 ℃, and it has excellent low temperature impact resistance.

HDPE tee has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength, excellent scratch resistance and outstanding stress cracking resistance.HDPE material can resist the corrosion of various chemical media, and the chemical substances in the soil will not have any degradation effect on the pipeline.

HDPE reducing tee contains 2-2.5% evenly distributed carbon black, which can be stored outdoors, aging resistant and long service life.The wear resistance of the three-way pipe is 4 times that of the steel pipe. In the field of mud transportation, HDPE pipe has better wear resistance, longer service life and better economy.
